@article{oai:niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00023019, author = {鳥羽, 健}, issue = {3}, journal = {新潟医学会雑誌, 新潟医学会雑誌}, month = {Mar}, note = {Here we reported on six cases of CSF producing tumors including a gallbladder cancer (case 1), a renal cancer (case 2), two lung cancers (case 3 and 4), an adult T-cell leukemia (case 5) and a metastatic liver cancer (case 6). In hematological examination, granulocytosis was seen in all cases (35~136×10^9/L); two cases with marked eosinophilia (case 3 : 44%, case 5 : 76%), four cases with thrombocytosis (case 1, 4, 5, 6 : 360~900×10^9/L), and two with absolute reticulocytosis without any anemia (case 3 : 248, case 6 : 350×10^9/L). CSF and BPA activities were examined in the tumor conditioned mediums. CSF activity was noted in all six cases, and BPA activity was also noted in all tested three cases (ease 2, 3, 4). The molecular weight of CSFs was about 27kd gel chromatographically in all five cases tested (case 1, 2, 3, 4, 6). BPA activity was heat-tolerable at 90℃, but CSF activity was not. Hydrophobic chromatography was done in four cases. The CSFs were seemed to be Hydrophobic (CSF-β) in only one case (case 1), and hydrophilic (csf-α) in other three cases (case 2, 3, 4). These observations suggest that CSF appears heterogeneous with wide variation among tumors which produce CSF in vivo.}, pages = {178--189}, title = {ヒトCSFの多様性 : 産生腫瘍6症例の臨床的特徴とCSFの性状の解析}, volume = {103}, year = {1989} }
