The lymphocyte response of MPGN patients was higher than that of patients with familial hematuria. 5) Effects of the HLA gene on the SLO-specific cellular immune response were studied in patients with INS. A significant association was observed between high responsiveness and possession of HLA-DR2 or DQw1, and also between low responsiveness and DQw3. HLA-DQw3-related low T cell activity may thus play a role in the pathological process in patients with INS.}, pages = {591--598}, title = {小児腎疾患における溶連菌成分に対する免疫応答性の免疫遺伝学的解析 : 第3報}, volume = {103}, year = {1989} }
