This report describes the association between HLA and immune response to SLO studied in both patients with familial hematuria and healthy adults. The effects of the HLA gene on the immune response to SLO were studied in families with hematuria. A significant association was observed between high responsiveness and possession of HLA-B35 (p<0.05) and HLA-DR2 (p<0.01). Similar significant associations, i. e. high responsiveness vs. DQw1 (p<0.01), and low responsivess vs. DQw3 (p<0.01) were observed in normal adults. Lymphocyte hyper-reactivity to streptococcal antigens associated with HLA-B35 may play a role in the pathological process in patients with hematuria.}, pages = {586--590}, title = {小児腎疾患における溶連菌成分に対する免疫応答性の免疫遺伝学的解析 : 第2報}, volume = {103}, year = {1989} }
