MRSA from the inpatient increased from 1.9% in 1981 to 70.8% in 1987. MRSA from the outpatient inceased from 1.6% to 27.8% during these periods, too. From January to June in 1988, MRSA were frequently isolated from pus and sputum of the inpatient. The coagulase type of most strains of MRSA classified into type II and type IV. Many strains of MRSA were resistant to PCG, MCIPC, ABPC, CEZ, CMZ, FMOX, IPM, GM, AMK, EM, CLDM, OFLX and MINO. Of 27 medical staffs at internal medicine, MRSA was isolated from the nose of one staff.}, pages = {711--716}, title = {1) 新潟大学医学部附属病院におけるMRSA感染症の現状(シンポジウム 院内感染と対策, 第442回新潟医学会)}, volume = {103}, year = {1989} }
