Using EAE as an experimental model for human autoimmune disorders, we show here several experimental approaches and the results obtained by these approaches. They include 1) immunohistochemical examination of the lesions of EAE, 2) double immunofluorescent staining of the tissue in order to identify the nature of cells of interest, 3) passive EAE which facilitutes the examination of developing lesions of EAE, and 4) radiation bone marrow chimeras which were prepared for the detection of bone marrow-derived cells in the central nervous system. We also introduced limiting dilution analysis of MBP-reactive T cells and thymus-grafted chimeras.}, pages = {985--987}, title = {6) アレルギー性脳脊髄炎(シンポジウム 自己免疫疾患, 第445回新潟医学会)}, volume = {103}, year = {1989} }
