The amount of urinary protein reached over 1g/day after 1 year. Immunofluorescence, and light and electron microscopy revealed a typical membranous changes, i.e., granular deposition of host immunoglobulins along the capillary wall, the thickening of the glomerular basement membrane, spike formation, punched out lesions and electron dense deposits in subepithelial region. There seems to be common antigenicity between the immune deposits in the glomeruli in Heymann and EHS nephropathies, EHS tumor cell surface antigen, and those in the brush borders of proximal convoluted tubules. Thus a new model for human membranous nephropathy presumably with autoimmune pathogenesis has been established.}, pages = {983--984}, title = {5) ラットにおける自己免疫性腎障害(シンポジウム 自己免疫疾患, 第445回新潟医学会)}, volume = {103}, year = {1989} }
