One case was a-35-year-old man who had right hypochondralgia 3 years before the admission. A worm like carcification was detected in a plain X-ray film when he visited our hospital first time. This carcification gradually grew during next 6 months. It was diagnosed as limy bile by DIC, CT scan and Echo findings. Cholecystectomy was undergone in Feb. 27. 1986. A cholesterol stone, 15 mm in diameter, was found at the neck of the gall bladder. No malignant change but chronic inflammation was found on the bladder wall. The limy bile was solid as a soft rubber. The other was a-47-year-old female who had right hypochondralgia 1 month before the admission. A milk like carcification had been found in the gall bladder, the content of which seemed liquid by CT scan finding. Cholecystectomy was undergone in Jan. 19. 1987. Three cholesterol stones, 8 mm in diameter, were found and one was adhered firmly to the neck of the gall bladder. The milk like limy bile was contained in the bladder and its wall was with chronic inflammation. Based on these two cases and others in literatures, we discussed etiology, changing form in roetogenogram, diagnosis, therapy and prognosis of the disease.}, pages = {267--271}, title = {石灰乳胆汁の2症例 : X線像と手術所見の対比}, volume = {104}, year = {1990} }
