An affection of tricuspid regurgitation (TR) on left ventricular performance was also evaluated from immediate postoperative period to long-term follow-up. Followings are the cnclusions: 1. Preoperative RVEDP and LVEDP revealed higher values in the patients with TR than those without TR. 2. MS patients with TR showed lower EF and FS than those without TR. Preoperative LVEDVI and LVESVI of the patiens with TR were higher than those without TR. Left ventricular functions of the patiens with TR were lower significantly than those without TR one month postoperatively. 3. MR patients revealed no significant difference in the LV functions irrespective of the assosiation with TR and without TR. The LV functions were lowered in both groups one month after surgery but recoverd in the long-term postoperatively. 4. Operative techniques or immediate postoperative accidental events seemed to influence more than the preoperative left ventricular functions for the development of low cardiac output syndrome. However, a further investigation should be necessary for such conclusion by analyzing much wore cases. 5. Tricuspid regurgitation brings tentative low cardiac functions in the early stage after surgery in mitral valvular disease, but the improvement of the functions are expected in the long-term follow-up.}, pages = {357--373}, title = {僧帽弁膜症における三尖弁閉鎖不全の左室機能におよぼす影響について : 心エコー法を中心に}, volume = {104}, year = {1990} }
