Venous permeation was observed in 26 cases of 69 cases (37.7%), and lymphatic permeation was observed in 44 cases of 69 cases (63.8%). The degree of vascular permeation depended on the depth of cancer invasion in the subserosa of gallbladder. In the 7 cases with liver invasion, vascular permeation was observed more frequently in the part of liver bed than in the peritoneal part of the gallbladder. It suggests the possibility of vascular permeation as an important factor for liver invasion of gallbladder carcinoma. There was no significant difference in this study between the vascular permeation and macroscopic growth type, histological type, and location and size of gallbladder carcinoma.}, pages = {656--662}, title = {進行胆嚢癌の脈管侵襲の病理組織学的研究}, volume = {104}, year = {1990} }
