 note = {Although the efficacy of oral medication of morphine based on WHO authorized method is world-wide accepted, in Japan, many of terminal cancer patient is forced to endure with incomplete relief of pain. Why oral medication of morphine does not come into wide use in Japan, we tried to manifest that through the retrospective review of medical chart and written inquiry for doctors. In general, the problem of pain control is no concern of doctors, even though they are eager for causal treatment of cancer. They pay a few attention on the authorized method, but adhere to the classical concept of dangerous morphine. As to conclusion, propagation of the accurate knowledge for appropriate use of morphine on cancer pain control is important and now in hurry.},
