 note = {The importance and therapeutic usefullness of true information on medical management of incurable and terminal illness are discussed. I refered several difficulties of true information under the present japanese medical enviroment and systems, that I have experienced through the practice for terminal illness, during past 17 years. These difficulties have close relations with japanese traditional relationtthip of patient and healer, and based on japanese ethnic customs and characteristic mode of thought. Also, I offered several clinical advices for the practice of true information, that I have gotten through my experiences. As the conclusion, in spite of these difficulties, we have to promote the true infomation for further progress of medical care in Japan.},
