In these patients the disease was manifested at an age between 3 and 15 years. Those who had a renal disease at an age of 10 years or older accounted for more than 60% (31 patients) The age at initiation of dialysis ranged from 12 to 32 years. The renal diseases were detected 2 to 25 years, 10.6 years on average, before the commencement of dialysis. When the intervals between detection of the disease and the initiation of dialysis were investigated in terms of patient age at time of detection, patients who were older than 10 years at that time had a shorter period, 7.5 years on average, than those who were younger than 10 years at detection. In most cases the disease was detected with severe proteinuria or proteinuria with hematuria on urinalysis. Diagnosis was established in 35 of 50 patients during childhood. In this group there were some patients who had been diagnosed as having acute poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis and minimal changes. The above findings indicate the necessity for careful observation of pediatric patients, older children in particular, with renal diseases which have conventionally been regarded as having favorable prognoses.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_7_full_name_3":{"attribute_name":"著者別名","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"130730","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"Nagoya, Satoshi"}]}]},"item_7_publisher_7":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"新潟医学会"}]},"item_7_select_19":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_select_item":"publisher"}]},"item_7_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00182415","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_7_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"00290440","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"名古屋, 聡"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"130729","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2019-08-16"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"105(7)_485-494.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"2.5 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"105(7)_485-494.pdf","url":"https://niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/21357/files/105(7)_485-494.pdf"},"version_id":"2245cb7c-d0a1-4411-848e-b03c62289597"}]},"item_keyword":{"attribute_name":"キーワード","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_subject":"adult dialysis patients","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"childhood history of renal diseases","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"acute poststreptococcal glomerulonephritis","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"minimal changes","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"hematuria","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"成人透析患者","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"小児期腎疾患","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"溶連菌感染後急性糸球体腎炎","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"微小変化群","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"},{"subitem_subject":"血尿","subitem_subject_scheme":"Other"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"小児期腎障害の成人腎不全への推移に関する研究","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"小児期腎障害の成人腎不全への推移に関する研究"},{"subitem_title":"小児期腎障害の成人腎不全への推移に関する研究","subitem_title_language":"en"}]},"item_type_id":"7","owner":"1","path":["456","1184"],"pubdate":{"attribute_name":"公開日","attribute_value":"2016-03-10"},"publish_date":"2016-03-10","publish_status":"0","recid":"21357","relation_version_is_last":true,"title":["小児期腎障害の成人腎不全への推移に関する研究"],"weko_creator_id":"1","weko_shared_id":null},"updated":"2022-12-15T03:51:53.837773+00:00"}
