 note = {The association between immune response to Streptolysin-0 (SLO) and HLA was studied in patient with Kawasaki disease. In the present study author have demonstrated the significantly increased frequency of HLA-DQw3 antigen in patient with Kawasaki disease. HLA-DQw3 was more frequent in the patients with coronary aneurysms than in the normal controls or in the patients without aneurysm (90.9 % instead of 35.95% or 60.0%). HLA-DQw3 and high T cell activity may play a role in the pathological process in patients with Kawasaki disease.},
