In this method, the modified Kimura's collision technique is carried out combined with the Hopf's collision technique. This enables us to determine the collision end point in the Hopf's technique, from which the minimum velocity is derived. And the size of the distorted CMAP with the Hopf's technique is corrected using the CMAP give with the modified Kimura's technique. This resolves the the problem caused by the CMAP distortion due to the transient changes in nerve and muscle conduction in the Hopf's technique. In addition, a new equation to correct the refractory period was developed. This can be applied even if a stimulus spread occurs. This method can clearly determine the maximum and minimum velocities, and the former corresponds to the motor conduction velocity in the conventional method.}, pages = {554--563}, title = {人における運動神経伝導速度分布の新しい測定法の開発}, volume = {105}, year = {1991} }
