Vascular permeation, perineural invasion and lymph-node metastasis depended on the area of subserosal carcinoma (ss square cm), and on the depth of cancer invasion into the subserosa (d mm). Three factors which contributes to the postoperative long-term survival were growth pattern, degree of the horizontal subserosal extention (ss square cm), and the depth of the subserosal invasion. Histopathological characteristics in the specimen from the long-surviving patients was the carcinoma with minute invasion, ss square cm less than 5 square cm or d mm less than 5 mm. The ratio of cancer-area in the mucosa to that in the subserosa, suggests that ss carcinomas are formed from early carcinoma by two different growth-types; penetrating type and superficial type, which are common in gastric carcinomas.}, pages = {528--539}, title = {漿膜下層浸潤胆嚢癌の発育進展 癌肉眼型・深部発育様式・大きさ・患者予後からみて}, volume = {105}, year = {1991} }
