All patients have been treated with aspirin 30mg/kg/day per os and intravenous γ-globlin 400mg/kg/day for 5days. Blood samples were obtained on (1) acute phase (5~8 days after onset and before γ-glb. therapy), (2) 5days after γ-glb. therapy (10~13 days after onset), (3) 12 days and (4) 19 days after γ-glb. Serum 2-5A in acute phase of KD did not increase significantly in comparison with healthy controls and any other phases of KD. This result suggests that virus infections may not be related directly to the etiology of KD.}, pages = {707--709}, title = {川崎病における2'-5'オリゴアデニル酸合成酵素活性}, volume = {105}, year = {1991} }
