 note = {Various kinds of networks act an important role in computer-aided communication. The BITNET, for example, is one of well-known world wide networks. The Gakujutu-Jouhou network is another example, which is supported by the Ministry of Education, Science and Culture of Japan. These networks enable us to do online accessing to databases. Also we can communicate with researchers in foreign countries via the netwroks. In this paper, we discuss the recent technologies and ethical problems of data communications in the medical situations.},
