 note = {Refering to the history and sociological aspects of present medical information systems in Japanese hospitals, I made several propositions. Granting the recent brilliant progress of computer devices and systems, the difficulty of reliable protection of individual privacy and security of data does not resolve yet. Wider netwarking of each systems and easy mutual exchangeability of medical data is depending not only on technological design, but also on ethical or regal clearance of these problems. Even if many of doctors and technicians are eager for the problem of technological improvement of devices and systems, I would like to say the importance to arouse the more concern on the ethical problem of medical information systems.},
