 note = {Anaplastic carcinoma of the thyroid is one of the most swiftly growing and rapidly fatal neoplasms. Two cases of anaplastic carcinoma are reported. Both patients terminated a few months of progression. However, they suggested clinical significances that improve prognosis of anaplastic carcinoma. One of them is importance of the fine needle aspiration biopsy for early diagnosis of anaplastic carcinoma. And one is possibility that complete removal of the differentiated carcinoma will prevent anaplastic carcinoma which is concluded to transform from differentiated carcinoma of the thyroid.},
