 note = {This paper discusses the managent of twenty eases with accidental ingestion of foreign bodies in our hospital for recent five years (Jan. 1986～Dec. 1990). Most ingested foreign bodies were expelled spontaneously with stool or could be extracted non-operatively with balloon catheter, magnet tube, and endoscopy. Only one case of intraappendiceal foreign body was treated by elective appendectomy. No complication was observed.},
