Plasma fibronectin values in INF were average:442.8μg/ml, markedly high value, deviation:mean+1.39SD, relatively high. During the active period of illness, p-FN revealed high values. While urinary protein was positive, p-FN concentrations were even higher, average:491.5μg/ml and deviation:mean+3.52SD. There were strong correlations between p-FN concentrations and total protein, serum albumin, total cholesterol and α_2-macroglobulin. There were no differences in p-FN values during remission between frequent relapsers and non-frequent relapsers. Plasma fibronectin concentrations were high at onset, first time or recurrence, and returned to normal ranges as symptoms improved to remission. The above results suggest that p-FN concentration may reflect activities of idiopathic nephrotic syndrome and is a significant factor in evaluating prognosis of the illness.}, pages = {654--659}, title = {小児期における血漿Fibronectinの動態に関する研究 : 第3報 特発性ネフローゼ症候群における血漿Fibronectin値の検討}, volume = {106}, year = {1992} }
