 note = {Hypospadias is a developmental anomaly of the penis and male urethra, in which the urethra opens on the underside of the penis or on the perineum. Patients suffer from both micturitional and sexual disturbances. Therefore, corrective surgery should be aimed to straighten the penis (correction of chordee) and to construct a new urethra (urethroplasty). It is preferable to start the operation when the child is 2 or 3 years old and to complete the procedures before school age. Operative techniques (one-stage and two-stage procedures) and results were presented. One-stage operation is suitable for anterior hypospadias and two-stage one for posterior hypospadias.},
