Patients suffer from both micturitional and sexual disturbances. Therefore, corrective surgery should be aimed to straighten the penis (correction of chordee) and to construct a new urethra (urethroplasty). It is preferable to start the operation when the child is 2 or 3 years old and to complete the procedures before school age. Operative techniques (one-stage and two-stage procedures) and results were presented. One-stage operation is suitable for anterior hypospadias and two-stage one for posterior hypospadias.}, pages = {719--723}, title = {6) 尿道下裂の形成手術(シンポジウム 腎・尿路奇形の医療, 修正医学の進歩, 第462回新潟医学会)}, volume = {106}, year = {1992} }
