Gastric mucosal blood flow was reduced for 4 weeks by it, but any gastric mucosal lesions were not observed. The mechanism of the reduction of the mucosal blood flow was unknown, but it seems that prostaglandin E_2 had no concern with the reduction of the mucosal blood flow. Mucosal mucus of the corpus was increased, but there were no significant changes in prostaglandin E_2 levels of the gastric wall. It was supposed that gastric mucosa adapted to continuous indomethacin exposure with controlling mucous quantity and reduction of prostaglandin E_2. This mucosal adaptation would prevent gastric mucosal injury of continuous indomethacin exposure.}, pages = {984--989}, title = {インドメタシン長期投与ラットにおける胃粘膜防御因子の動態に関する検討}, volume = {106}, year = {1992} }
