The relaxation of large vessels by nitroglycerin was greater in the coronary artery than in any other arteries. Relaxation of coronary vessel was greater in large artery than in small artery, while the relaxation of renal and mesenteric vessels was greater in small artery. The relaxations of small arteries were not different from each other. The relaxant effects of nitric oxide (NO) were similar to those of nitroglycerin. It produced greater relaxation in large coronary artery than in any other arteries except for small mesenteric artery, in which it produced a relaxant effect comparable to that on the large coronary artery. There were no differences in the relaxant effects of 8-Br cGMP on the large arteries. Its relaxant effects were a little greater in the small arteries than in the large arteries. These results indicate that the differences observed in the relaxant effects of nitroglycerin are due probably to the differences in efficiency of production of cyclic GMP by NO.}, pages = {1026--1035}, title = {各種摘出イヌ動脈標本におけるニトログリセリン, 一酸化窒素および8-bromo-cyclic GMPの弛緩作用について}, volume = {106}, year = {1992} }
