Chu-ko-sen is a collection of Setsuwa written in Waka-kanbun (Sino-Japanese) at the end of the Heian period. The characteristics of the language of this material were clarified by comparison with dictionaries of the same era (Iroha-Jirui-sho, Ruiju-myōgi-sho). The main conclusion is as follows. 1. There are characteristics in the Zenkun-fukun that added by writing the full word. 2.
