Following points are obtained from the analytical results. First, the generation of social entrepreneurs is driven by individual orientations and motivations that foster social entrepreneurship. In addition, the competencies of social entrepreneurs, various support measures that do not impair entrepreneurship and the understanding of residents are important for the success of agricultural-related social entrepreneurs. Furthermore, successful experiences of social entrepreneurs are considered to be one of factors to enhance social entrepreneurship as well. Therefore, in order to foster agricultural-related social entrepreneurs and make their businesses successful, governments and educational institutions should provide more opportunities and experiences to the people for being interested in social issues of agriculture and business start-up, and for being open-minded. In addition, it is also necessary for social entrepreneurs themselves to strengthen their business competencies (diversity / flexibility, collaboration / networks, customer orientation / true needs of consumers), and disseminate information about their activities and addressed social issues.
