All cases had severe underlying diseases. The foci of MRSA bacteremias were blood access in 18, skin and soft tissue abscess in 9 and deep tissue abscess in 3. In the study, 10 cases died and the average duration from onset to death was 10.2 days. The prognosis was significantly better in patients administrated effective antibiotics (MIC≦3.13μg/ml). According to these results, arbekacin or vancomycin should be administrated to MRSA bacteremia in early stage.}, pages = {682--686}, title = {2)-①MRSA菌血症(シンポジウム MRSA感染, 現状と対策, 第480回新潟医学会)}, volume = {107}, year = {1993} }
