It was recognized rapidly at the age of more than 30. Consequently, type A acute viral hepatitis was predominantly observed at the age less than 40. Seroconversion (possession from HBeAg to anti-HBe) was occurred frequently at the age from 20 to 30 in accompanying with type B acute viral hepatitis. Thus, young people are apt to suffer from these two major types of viral hepatitis. However, an age-specific distribution of post-transfusion non-A, non-B hepatitis was not biased, and it depended on the age when blood transfusion was performed. An age-specific distribution and clinical features of primary biliary cirrhosis, autoimmune hepatitis and hepatocellular carcinoma were also mentioned.}, pages = {966--969}, title = {4) 加齢と肝疾患(シンポジウム 高齢者の臓器障害, 第459回新潟医学会)}, volume = {107}, year = {1993} }
