The glomerular filtration rate (Cthio or Ccr), renal plasma flow (C_), PSP excretion rate and maximum urine specific gravity in Fishberg concentration test were significantly lower in patients over 60 years than in those under 60 years. The incidence of sclerotic glomeruli was similar to that of normal population estimated by Kaplan et al (Am. J. Pathol. 80: 227~234, 1975). The incidence of arterio- and arteriolosclerosis was also higher than that of normal subjects estimated by Bell (Hypertension, University of Minnesota Press, Minneapolis, 1951). Therefore, arterio- and arteriolosclerosis seems to be more age-dependent than glomerulosclerosis in patients with mild Mes PGN.}, pages = {954--959}, title = {2) 軽度メサンギウム増殖性糸球体腎炎患者における腎の加齢変化(シンポジウム 高齢者の臓器障害, 第459回新潟医学会)}, volume = {107}, year = {1993} }
