There were two cadaveric transplantations and 28 living related transplantations. Mean donor age and recipient age were 50.3 years and 30.1 years, respectivly. Twenty five left kidneys were taken out form the donor and were transplanted to the right iliac region, and 5 right kidneys were to the left. All living related donor went well. One donor and 6 recipients had to undergo reoperation. Two of 6 recipients died after reoperation. One recipient died from sepsis 3 months after the first operation, and another died from debility following stress ulcer 5 months after it. Careful hemostasis and complete vascular anastomosis were indispensable to avoid the post operative complication. After all, 10-year patient survival rate was 93.1% , and 10-year graft survival rate was 89.9%.}, pages = {1028--1032}, title = {2) 成人腎移植の問題点 : 外科の立場から(シンポジウム 臓器移植の現状と将来 : 腎移植を中心として, 第474回新潟医学会)}, volume = {107}, year = {1993} }
