@article{oai:niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00019539, author = {田辺, 恭彦}, issue = {2}, journal = {新潟医学会雑誌, 新潟医学会雑誌}, month = {Feb}, note = {Percutaneous transvenous mitral commissurotomy (PTMC) was performed in 45 patients with symptomatic mitral stenosis aged 48.3±10.8 years. Balloon aortic valvuloplasty (BAV) was performed in 7 patients with calcific aortic stenosis aged 72±5 years. PTMC resulted in an increase in mitral valve area from 1.0±0.3 to 1.8±0.4 cm_2 (p<0.001) and an decrease in mitral valve gradient from 12.1±5.1 to 5.7±2.2 mmHg (p<0.001). Immediate symptomatic improvement was obtained over 95% of patients. PTMC can be performed safely and is an effective treatment for mitral stenosis. BAV showed decrease in peak pressure gradient from 107±19 to 78±17 mmHg. Only 2 of 7 patients were free of symptom at 3 years. Two patients died within one year due to heart failure. BAV should be considered for patients with severe aortic stenosis who were not candidates for surgery.}, pages = {100--106}, title = {2) カテーテルによる弁膜症の治療(シンポジウム 血管内手術 : 各科領域における現状, 第483回新潟医学会)}, volume = {108}, year = {1994} }
