 note = {In the last 10 years, various endoscopic surgery has been developed in the urological field. In our hospital, the first case of percutaneous nephrolithotripsy has been treated in 1985, and ureteroscopy in 1986. Transurethral ureterolithotripsy has been performed in the next year. Today these procedures have been the standard operation in our hospital. From 1991, laparoscopic surgery has adopted for various urological procedures including adrenalectomy, examination of non-palpable testis, varicocelectomy, dissection of pelvic lymph nodes, and gonadal biopsy. In 1993, there were 238 urological operations in our hospital and 24 cases (10.1 %) were treated using laparoscopic procedures.},
