In this technique, operative field is created by lifting up abdominal wall with two straight wires pierced subcutaneously. Absence of gas leakage in this technique allows easy ligation, dissection and tiing under laparoscopic vision. Operative field in this technique may be smaller than in insufflation method, but is large enough to perform most of the procedures. Our experience showed great advantage of this novel technique in laparoscopic surgery over conventional insufflation method.}, pages = {643--647}, title = {3) 吊り上げ法による腹部領域の内視鏡下手術(シンポジウム 内視鏡下外科手術の現況と展望のプログラム, 第497回新潟医学会)}, volume = {108}, year = {1994} }
