Pathohistological finding was Edmondson I, and reported as the first case in the world. e) Interaction between antithrombin III and heparin cofactir II. f) Interaction between antithrombin III and endothelial cells which showed defensive features with the stimuli of thrombin from the points of thrombotic and hemostatic views. h) Novel antithrombotic drugs：Low molecular weight heparin preparation was administered to treat thrombosis.
