The conduction velocities of autonomic nerves of the STZ diabetic rats were normal at cervical sympathetic and vagal trunk. However, the increase and decrease of heart rate were larger and those of blood pressure were smaller than normal when cervical autonomic nerves were electrically stimulated. Spontaneous motor activities of the alimentary tract and uterus were depressed in frequency and amplitude. Human RRI-spectrum (Spectral analysis of time-series RR-interval) was a better indicator than the % variation of RRI. Diurnal spectral changes of RRI derived from Holter ECG seemed useful for diagnosis of autonomic neuropathies such as Shy-Drager, OPCA and diabetes. Running spectra of electrogastrogram (EGG), which was recordable on abdominal surface or skin, seemed useful for diagnosis of the gastric function.}, pages = {8--13}, title = {1)自律神経機能の病態生理(シンポジウム 自律神経障害の診断と治療 : その新しい展開, 第500回新潟医学会)}, volume = {109}, year = {1995} }
