 note = {This study attempted to investigate the result of quantitative analysis, the process of sequence analysis, and test attitude of the Rorschach and other psychological tests administered to two patients who showed features of narcissistic personality disorder after starting treatment. In quantitative analysis of Rorschach responses, we could point out depressive tendency. The main findings were as follows：a) less responses ; b) predominance of whole response ; c) suppression of color response ; d) average form response ; e) lower form level ; f) more popular responses ; g) one response of minus form level. It was difficult to recognize the narcissistic pathology through only quantitative analysis. But we found narcissistic traits from sequence analysis of Rorschach responses and the attitude in the Rorschach test situation. The characteristics were as follows：a) peculiar response on card II ; b) destructive and detailed responses on the cards from which patients felt emotional loads ; c) unusual attitude in the test situation. Therefore, it was useful to find narcissistic tendency that not only the result of quantitative analysis but also the process of sequence analysis and test attitude were examined. In addition, the information from SCT and inventories was effective to evaluate the structure of narcissistic personality disorder. Thus, in this report, we emphasized the importance of test battery in psychological diagnosis.},
