 note = {In usual state in Europe and America, the general surgery was taught and trained as initial surgical education during 2 or 3 years. This general surgery was established as principle surgical research, technique, knowledge and professional occupation. However, the general surgery in Japan was estimated and despised as low grade learning. The main reason of this strangely educational and learning system was depend upon the university hospital research system, peculiarity wishful thinking and social ambition. For recent several decades, the university hospital was officially recognized educational facilities. It was reasonable and correctness that the university hospital staff educated a special research scientist. The general surgery was the fundamental research for speciality. The patients who request the general surgical therapy were many but the university hospital was contrary to there expectation. The city hospital staff treated the patients with disease for general surgery and had the technique, knowledge and research system for general surgery. Therefor, we entrust the education of initial surgery to the city hospital staff.},
