Conculsionary, the revision of the Medical Services Law has created hardships for small and medium-sized private hospitals. I feel, however, that we should come to qrips with the following as way of assuring our survival. 1) Under the new nursing system, we must give serious thought to securing as many nurses as possible and raising ourselves up in the ranks as far as possible to incease our medical fees; the stipulations of the punitive regulations should be enforced only after they have been given very thorough consideration, 2) combinations with long-trem elderly and daycare facilities, 3) expansion of medical examination operations, 4) coming to grips aggressively with in-home medical treatment, 5) accommodating new hospital beds, cafeterias and meals as stipulated in the new Medical service Law, 6) aiming for medical treatment facilities that have a more intimate relationship with region, and 7) securing physicians.}, pages = {447--449}, title = {3)中小私的病院の立場から(シンポジウム 病院経営の現状と問題点, 第503回新潟医学会)}, volume = {109}, year = {1995} }
