Differentiation of endothelial cells, demonstrated by the formation of capillatry-like structure was stimulated the existence of type 1 collagen. Glioma cells also stimulated the formation of capillary-like structures. Astrocytes migrated and attached to the capillary-like structures, and the formation of blood-brain barrier, proved by the induction of tight junction was observed 9 days after the attactment.
