@article{oai:niigata-u.repo.nii.ac.jp:00018013, author = {富山, 勝博}, issue = {7}, journal = {新潟医学会雑誌, 新潟医学会雑誌}, month = {Jul}, note = {The Epidermis of euthymic mice (+/+) contains a distinct T cell subset called dendritic epidermal T cells (DETC). The majority of these cells are derived from early fetal thymocytes and express invariant γδ T cell receptor (TCR) composed of Vγ3/Vδ1 chain. However, the author found the T cells considered as DETC in aged athymic nude mice (nu/nu). These DETC were consisted of Vγ3^-γδ^+ subset and αβ^+ subset, and demonstrated lower expression of the CD3/TCR complex in comparison with normal Vγ^3+ DETC. The αβ^+ subset was heterogeneous in the Vβ usage. Furthermore, the DETC in aged nu/nu uniformly expressed IL-2Rβ chain even in resting states. These results indicate the age-dependency of the extrathymically maturated DETC, and the phenotypic, possibly functional difference from the thymus-derived DETC.}, pages = {284--293}, title = {加齢ヌードマウスにおける胸腺外分化Dendritic Epidermal T Cellの同定とその性状の解析}, volume = {110}, year = {1996} }
