We set up a relief station in Tokui Kaikan building of Nada Ward in Kobe City from January 25 to January 27. We saw about 150 patients for 3 days. One third of them had flu-like symptoms. Some patients visited our station to get medicine for their chronic disorders like hypertention or diabetes mellitus because their doctors were also earthquake victims. Only two patients had to be carried to the hospital. One had acute cardiac failure and the other had a gangrenous foot. Almost all the patients complained of sleeplessness but many of them did not request sleeping drugs. They said they were faced with the same problem and they were in fear of the aftershock during their sleep. We will make some proposals for taking steps to cope with the situation of big earthquake.}, pages = {365--368}, title = {2) 阪神大震災における救急医療活動 : ii(シンポジウム 大規模災害における救急医療, 第510回新潟医学会)}, volume = {110}, year = {1996} }
