Ischemia in the jeopardized regions was able to be detected even by rest MIBG images. The abnormality of MIBG SPECT images was more intense than that of Tl images. Abnormal regions in MIBG may have necrotic or ischemic myocardial tissue and normal regions in MIBG may not have necrotic tissue. MIBG SPECT images could indicate “area at risk” and “denervated but viable myocardium” in patients with acute myocardial infarction. MIBG SPECT sensitively delineate the impaired myocardium following coronary artery spasm. MIBG myocardial SPECT was useful to evaluate the therapeutic effects and myocardial damage in ischemic heart disease.}, pages = {415--428}, title = {虚血性心疾患における^<123>I-MIBGの有用性について}, volume = {110}, year = {1996} }
