 note = {Genital herpes simplex virus has the risk of transmission to sexual partners, the high morbidity and even mortality of infant infections. The majority of patients with genital herpes infection have type II virus, however type I has been reported in 10 to 25% cases or more. Gonococcal urethritis has the severe miction pain and typical strong pus. However the incidence of chlamydial infection has increased much more than gonococcal one, recently. And the most of sex partners of urethritis had changed from prostitutes to nonprofessionals.},
