We concluded 7 kinds of colitis induced by pathogenic organs―Cytomegalovirus colitis, Amebic dysentery, Clostridium difficile colitis, Yersinia colitis, Escherichia coli O157:H7 associated colitis, Typhoid fever, and Anisakiasis―could be diagnosed or suspected only by their histological features. Among them, Staphylococcus associated colitis, Bacillary dysentery, Salmonella colitis, Campylobacter colitis, and Enteropathogenic E. colli except E. coli O157:H7 associated colitis associated colitis, and Vibrio paraheamolyticus enterocolitis show non-specific acute inflammation;infiltration of neutrophils and chronic inflammatory cells. And the histologic transition of these colitis is neutrophilic predominant infiltration on day 1 to day 3, lymphoid cells and plasma cells predominant infiltration on day 4 to day 7, and decrease of inflammation cells after day 8. And we also compared the histological features of infectious colitis with that of ulcerative colitis. We listed seven features highly characteristic of ulcerative colitis and rarely seen infectious colitis.}, pages = {615--619}, title = {3)感染性腸炎の病理所見(シンポジウム 最近の腸管感染症, 第530回新潟医学会)}, volume = {111}, year = {1997} }
