 note = {Sensitivity and specificity are well known as important indexes for a screening test. Those are useful not only for field works but for clinical trials. Recently, Receiver-Operating Characteristic (ROC) curve is commonly applied to decide the most appropriate level for a screening test. Kappa coefficient is also useful to evaluate the agreement of diagnosis by different doctors, however this index is not so popular. Then author intends to present how to use these indexes effectively by using some samples.},
