 note = {Currently in Japan, there are many private physicians qualified as a sports doctor by one of three associations (The Japan Medical Association, Japanese Orthopaedic Association, and Japan Amateur Sports Association). Unfortunately, many of these physicians do not have the enough activity as a sports doctor but just certified. The purpose of this study was to clarify the necessary conditions for the private physicians as a good sports doctor. The questionnaire was performed both for private physicians and athletic coach. The results of the current study suggested that following two conditions were important for private physician：1) sports doctor should go to the field and keep good relationship both with athlete and coach, 2) activity of the sports doctor should be basically a "volunteer" and not expect profits in that.},
