In this article we described the efficacy of three new techniques. 1) FS 3D-SPGR (FLASH) to detect the articular cartilage of the knee. 2) Dynamic contrast enhanced MR study for soft tissue changes of rhematoid arthritis. 3) Dynamic contrast enhanced MR imaging to evaluate the response to preoperative chemotherapy.
