 note = {Advances in MR technology have enabled us to obtain high-quality images of bone and joints. In this article we described the efficacy of three new techniques. 1) FS 3D-SPGR (FLASH) to detect the articular cartilage of the knee. 2) Dynamic contrast enhanced MR study for soft tissue changes of rhematoid arthritis. 3) Dynamic contrast enhanced MR imaging to evaluate the response to preoperative chemotherapy. These techniques are very usefull for detecting and evaluating the bone and jouints disorders, but more detailed studies correlated with histologic findings are necessary to determine the role of these new pulse sequence and dynamic MRI.},
