 note = {In our hospital, IVF-ET was initiated for the treatment of intractable infertility in 1991, and mostly constant results have been achieved in each year since then. ICSI has been condudted in the treatment of severe male infertility, with a pregnancy rate similar to C-IVF achived in recent years. Microsurgical epididymal sperm aspiration (MESA)-ICSI and Testicular sperm extraction (TESE)-ICSI have been conducted against azoospermia, with such a high pregnan syrate as 100 % achieved by MESA-ICSI, and 66 % by TESE-ICSI. Frozen embryo implantation of surplus fertilized ova has been performed, with a pregnancy rate of 34.2 %. It appears that collecting as many ova as possible from the patients of the 30's will lead to a further improved pregnancy rate for IVF as a whole.},
