 note = {Installation of the order entry system had been done in the college hospital. However, Installation of the order entry system has just begun in middle sized hospitals. On the other hand, at the middle sized hospitals which does not equipped with the order entry system, the administrator is considering to install the electronic health record system rather than to install the order entry system, In case of small hospitals, there is no merit of installing the order entry system. So, many young doctors who are working at these small institution is considering to install the electronic health record system. In this paper, the history of the development of hospital information system and status quo of the development of electronic health record is described.},
