In patients with PD, LBs are widely distributed in the hypothalamus, and sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. Furthermore, LBs are also found in the enteric nervous system of the alimentary tract, the cardiac and pelvic plexuses, and the adrenal medulla. These findings indicate that both central and peripheral autonomic nervous systems are involved in the disease process in PD.}, pages = {513--517}, title = {パーキンソン病における内臓自律神経系の病理}, volume = {112}, year = {1998} }
